Refund policy

We accept returns only on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery, as our products are consumable food items. To start a return, email seller@milkcap.com with your order number. After we receive and inspect the item, we issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days with a photo for a replacement or full refund. Opened products and sale items are non-refundable for safety reasons. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
